After Hampsire joins hands with Rajasthan Royals it could well be that now Surrey might become the second English club to secure formal links with an IPL franchise, possibility of a tie-up with the Delhi Daredevils or the Kolkata Knight Riders.
Other counties have also started contacting the IPL franchises to join the hands together.With this move both IPL and English Counties would benefit as it would promote cricket in all spheres
